Danang Rockett professionally known as Big Velli formerly (Eastside) was born (August 25, 1997). Big Velli is a  Hip-Hop / R&B / Rap Artist out of Lithonia Georgia. Big Velli a lyricist, began his musical career at 16 recording in a closet at a friends house. When he was  5, he  played the drums for a big church called Fairfield Baptist. Growing up the rapper never took music seriously but always loved to rap and create music. Fast-forwarding years later, he began to freestyle and write street lyrics. At this point, he wanted to be heard so he started to take music seriously.

After graduating high school, Big Velli attended Paine College on a track scholarship where he later was arrested and got kicked out of college. Big Velli didn’t let his mistake hold him back, and just like every true hustler, he began to take his rap career seriously. He caught the attention of Bausini who is a record executive for Muscle Jam Music (MJM) an Independent Record label out Union City, Georgia. MJM signed Big Velli because of his work ethic, amazing talents and his life story. Big Velli is a lyrical genius and producer.
